Host rules
• A deposit is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
• Event dates and times are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
• All events must remain within the confirmed rental period. Additional time may be subject to additional charges.
• Final guest count and event details must be confirmed prior to the event.
• Outside food, beverages, catering, and vendors must be approved by VSHOW in advance.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted unless specifically approved by management.
• Decorations and event setups must be approved in advance. No permanent alterations or anything that may damage walls, floors, furniture, or equipment are permitted.
• Confetti, glitter, open flames, and similar materials are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the venue, furniture, fixtures, or equipment caused during the event.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.
• All guests must comply with VSHOW's age requirements and alcohol policies. Valid government-issued identification may be required.
• Alcohol may only be served to guests who are 21 years of age or older.
• Guests must follow all venue, staff, safety, and security policies during the event.
• Additional cleaning, damages, overtime, or services outside of the agreed rental may result in additional charges.
• Event packages and minimum-spend options are available. Please review our menu or contact us to discuss an arrangement for your event.
