House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
No illegal drugs or illegal activities.
No open flames, candles, or pyrotechnics.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted, but please clean up after yourself. No food or drinks near cameras, audio equipment, computers, or other production gear.
Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval. Guests must drink responsibly and remain respectful of the space.
Please do not move, unplug, or modify studio equipment without permission.
Furniture may be rearranged for your production, but everything must be returned to its original position before departure.
No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives on the walls. Temporary production materials must be approved beforehand.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or fixtures during their booking.
Please keep noise at a reasonable level, particularly when entering or leaving the building.
Only the number of guests included in the booking are permitted unless additional guests are approved in advance.
No parties or events unless specifically approved by the studio.
Please leave the studio in the same general condition in which you found it. Excessive cleaning or trash removal may result in an additional fee.
Booking time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly and vacate the space by the end of your scheduled time.
Do not enter areas of the building that are not part of the rental.
Respect the neighbors and other tenants at all times.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
