Boathouse Rooftop is a restaurant and rooftop venue with a warm, natural-material interior and views across the New York skyline.
Design: Timber flooring, woven ceiling panels, stone accents and rattan seating give the space a Mediterranean-inspired look. Shell-style pendant lights and soft illumination around the bar add warmth to the room.
Features: A long bar runs through the main dining area, with additional tables arranged along the windows. Wheelchair access and accessible toilets are available.
Ideal for: Private dinners, birthdays, engagement celebrations, corporate gatherings and social events centred on food and drinks.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted in the space. Hookah is permitted only when provided by the venue and is subject to an additional fee.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted unless approved and coordinated with the venue in advance.
• No outside vendors are permitted without prior approval from the venue. Vendor fees may apply.
• Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are required for approved outside vendors when applicable.
• For events involving decorations, a credit card must be kept on file and a refundable $1,000 decoration/damage deposit is required.
• The $1,000 deposit will be refunded after the event once the space has been inspected and confirmed to be returned in its original, clean condition.
• If there is any damage to the space, furniture, walls, fixtures, or other venue property, or if excessive cleanup is required, the deposit may be partially or fully retained.
• If damages or cleaning costs exceed the $1,000 deposit, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
