Gym at Fitness Studio

About this space

This gym has open space with a mix of cardio and strength equipment. One side is lined with bikes, while the other has benches, racks, and free weights. There are also machines for targeted strength work. The rubber flooring keeps it safe and quiet underfoot. It works well for both quick cardio sessions and full strength workouts.
