The Parlor at 357 Townhouse

About this space

The Parlor is a Private space in 357 Townhouse characterised by a compact, low‑ceilinged, wood‑panelled cocktail‑lounge character.

Design: The room features continuous timber panelling and a deep red carpet that create close, intimate proportions. The seating combines upholstered banquettes and small round tables beneath low, warm wall lights.

Features: Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided. Natural light enters via rear windows while the layout uses fixed banquettes plus movable tables to support different seating arrangements. Hosts may play their own music or bring an external DJ subject to a noise restriction. Accessible toilets are available on site.

Ideal for: Small sociable groups seeking a relaxed, intimate space that supports both seated conversation and a standing drinks reception.

What sets it apart: A dedicated private bar occupies the rear of the room, providing an in‑space serving point separate from the main venue.
