About this space
Our street-level restaurant can accommodate up to 40 people for market-driven cocktail parties or seated dinners and up to 50 people for a standing reception event.
Start with a cocktail reception in our foyer with floor-to-ceiling French doors that open onto the streets of Soho before sitting down for a dinner experience with a bespoke menu of French, Spanish, or new American cuisine from our Michelin-starred chef, Aaron Lirette.

The Townhouse at 357 W. Broadway has three floors of event space in Downtown Manhattan, near some of New York City’s biggest event and nightlife destinations, and each space can be customized to create a private or multi-level experience.
A cocktail reception followed by a seated dinner? Yes. Dinner first to fuel up for a late-night dance party? Also yes! Moving in? Here you can take over the whole townhouse to create a multitude of interactive moments!
