Multi-Use Event Space, an Event Space in the Multi-Purpose Event Space/Arcade Room, is an adaptable open-plan room characterised by an informal, social layout suited to flexible floor arrangements.
Design: The space presents a low-ceiling, rectangular plan with exposed services and wood-effect flooring. Decorative hanging foliage and string lights create low-level, intimate illumination while a small raised platform provides a focal point.
Features: The room includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning plus a PA system and speakers, and allows your own music or an external DJ. The floor is suitable for dancing and furniture can be rearranged to create seating or cleared circulation. The space has step-free access, wheelchair-accessible circulation and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Friend groups and informal social clubs seeking a relaxed, music-friendly setting for mingling, dancing and casual seated or standing gatherings.
What sets it apart: A small on-site arcade and table games area, including a foosball table, provides built-in entertainment and informal activity without needing external hire.

You're welcome to personalize the space to match your theme, as long as all items are removed at the end of your event.
Guest will not have full access to the following designated areas of the building:
*The upstairs rooms and office areas (marked with "No Access" signs) are off-limits.
*The first-floor kitchen has limited access—guests may use the sink and counter, but must clean up after use.
Guest would not be provided the following amenities:
*Catering or food service
*DJ equipment/Radios
*Microphones
*Utensils/ dinnerware
*Balloon inflator/Helium tank
*Tablecloths or linens
*Cleaning services after the event
*Additional Decorations / Party lights (Decorations shown in the photos may stay in place during your event as long as they aren’t moved. If you'd like them removed, please let us know in advance.)
Cleaning Rules
Upon your departure please follow these cleaning guidelines:
*Return everything to its original place
*Dispose of all trash properly
*Clean all areas/ appliances used
