This level is part of our 40,000 sq ft venue and includes access to custom add-ons like popcorn stations, bubble shows, and catering. Available as a standalone rental or paired with event rooms for more flexibility. The space is easily accessible and comfortably accommodates guests of all ages in a safe environment. Entertainment and extra services are available for a fee.

* Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the venue
* Outside catering is allowed with prior approval
* Alcohol may only be served with a license and host approval
* Decorations are welcome but must not cause damage to walls, ceilings, or furniture
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
* Shoes must be removed in designated play areas; socks are required
* Setup and cleanup must be completed within your reserved booking time
* Pets are not allowed, except for certified service animals

About Complete Playground
This unique 40,000 sq. ft. indoor venue in Downtown Manhattan is divided into three levels. We offer a dynamic mix of play, celebration, and community gathering spaces. We have the largest indoor playground in Lower Manhattan, multiple private event rooms, a cozy café lounge with interactive tables, a turf soccer field, and a dojo-style movement studio.
Guests can reserve individual rooms, a full level, or the entire venue for exclusive access. One of the most popular rental options includes a private event floor that accommodates up to 104 guests with optional access to the indoor playground. Our location allows easy access to public transportation and nearby public parking garages.
