Design: The interior pairs exposed brick and worn plaster with a polished concrete floor and low ceilings for an compact, industrial look. Seating mixes banquettes, small wooden tables and high stools, punctuated by wall art and low colored lighting.
Features: The venue includes a long service bar and flexible seating that can be rearranged for standing or seated formats. A PA system is installed and the venue allows guest DJs or the use of personal playlists. The space also has Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, a step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets.

2. Minimum Spend Guarantee – Instead of paying upfront, you commit to a minimum spend. Your guests order as they wish, and if the total doesn’t reach the agreed minimum, you simply cover the difference. These minimums usually range from $2,000–$4,000, depending on timing and specifics.
