No Smoking inside studio or terrace.
No Alcohol.
No Food/Drinks/Makeup/Heavy Gear on Sofa.
No Food/Drinks/Makeup on Cyc Wall Area.
Guest is Responsible for cleaning up after themselves before leaving studio.
No loud conversations, yelling, furniture, bicycles in the public hallway.
Keep studio session inside the studio. If you need to make a call, we have access to a public terrace. Ask studio manager to key you outdoors.
The booking shall start and end as described, that time includes your set-up, clean up time as well. Make sure to give yourself enough time at the end of the session. Booking ends when the last person of your crew departs. There is a grace period of 5 minutes, any minutes after that will be charged as a full hour at 1.5x the rate.
There is a studio manager that will be inside the EQ room during the duration of your shoot at all times. When not in the EQ room, the room will be locked.
No Open Flames and No Glitter.
Respect the space, treat the venue with care and respect. Any damages to the studio or building itself will incur additional fees.

About Mocobot Studios
Mocobot Studios is a brand new 1,536 RSF flex studio rental space located in Ridgewood, Queens at The Film Factory. This versatile daylight studio is ideal for both photo and film production.
The studio features a 16x16x16 cyclorama wall and a 9-foot seamless paper backdrop. High ceilings and south-facing high windows provide beautiful daylight setups. Additionally, there is a communal rooftop terrace available for use. Mocobot Studios is available to rent with or without our cinema robot arm, making it a perfect choice for a variety of creative needs.
