- Sedef Gali's paintings can be kept up or taken down depending on renters' preference.
- Alcohol is permitted as long as everyone is over 21.
- Outside food is permitted.
- Kitchenette use is permitted.
- Music Rules: amplified music is allowed at a reasonable volume. DJs are permitted.
- No smoking in the building.
- No loud noises after 10:30pm.
