About this space
ODR Studios is an industrial film studio and event space curated for photography, film, and video production. With 4,500 unobstructed square feet, a 19’-high wooden truss ceiling, cement walls, large factory windows, and a drive-in vehicle ramp, our location is truly unique.
Housed in a renovated 1920s transformer factory, the chic loft-style studio doubles as a raw warehouse set with fantastic natural daylight, gritty textures, and an eclectic array of furniture.
Located 20 minutes from New York City, in the Ironbound neighborhood of Newark, NJ, we offer both our main studio & NJ beach house for hire, plus in-house set design and production assistance upon request.

About ODR Studios
ODR Studios is a film studio, shoot location, and event space business.
We create & curate unique and flexible environments to help cater to the ever-growing demand for visual content that individuals and brands need to communicate with their audience.
Via both our main studio-loft and beach house locations we host an array of productions and events from small fashion editorials, commercials, and feature films to private dinners, immersive experiences and live music nights.
Alongside the spaces, we fabricate custom projects, rent out our classic picture cars and dabble in set design whilst engaging in and helping tell the stories of our local community.
