Republica Restaurant Rooftop & Lounge is a multi‑level Dominican restaurant and lounge focused on crafted cocktails and a music-led evening programme.

Design: The interior features floor-to-ceiling windows with roller blinds, a painted yellow feature wall and an exposed metal ceiling. The seating is arranged on simple wooden tables and benches over a polished concrete floor, with pendant lights and potted plants as minimal decoration.

Features: The venue contains three floors that can be configured as separate dining and lounge areas. The venue's kitchen produces Dominican dishes and the bar supplies a cocktail and drinks menu, with menu customisation available for private bookings.
