My project manager was Ian and he was wonderfully responsive. Within a day of my inquiry, I was provided a deck of event packages and a 3D tour. While most of the planning was conducted via the TagVenue site, I did have an initial call to go over my needs. The team even created 2 custom mocktails for my event, asking for a logo that they displayed. On-site at the event, the staff was attentive and very helpful. Everything was delivered as expected. I will definitely use High Bar NYC again in the future!
