About this space
You will have access to our full venue (lobby, ballroom, balcony, kitchen prep space, and dressing rooms), all of our backline and in-house supplies, including our Steinway D Grand Piano, an Event Liaison, and an Engineer to run all audio-visual equipment (e.g., lighting, live music/DJ, projection screen).
Extra perks: Access to 250 cushioned chairs, 14 cocktail tables, 14 stools, and a limited number of collapsible tables

Rental periods begin at a minimum of 8 hours, including setup and breakdown, and additional hours may be added as necessary.
Rates vary depending on the day of the week and whether the producer is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization or a private/commercial entity.
We require a 50% non-refundable down payment of the space rental fee and a signed contract to secure the date for your event.
The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the event.
