Good quality vehicle.

The customer service of this company is atrocious. First off, don't count that you're going to make any of your stops. My driver ended up driving my group in a circle and took us to our first stop at the end of the two-hour trip. The only way that we could end up at our final destination was by paying an additional $250 up front. When I went to complain about this, the owner of the company was extremely rude over the phone and spoke to me at a loud volume that, "it's not about the destination, but the duration of the trip." Numerous times, my group confirmed our final destination and the driver intentionally drove down to come back up. Seems like it was a scam to get an additional hour of pay.
