Cleaning & Alcohol Policy
• Clients must leave the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition.
• An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required due to food, drinks, spills, stains, or other mess.
• Cleaning fees will depend on the extent of cleaning or damage.
• Alcohol may only be consumed when legally permitted and in accordance with applicable laws.
• Passengers under 18 are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol in any Party on Wheels vehicle.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all passengers follow applicable age and alcohol laws.
• Spills, stains, or damage caused by alcohol or other beverages may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
Cancellation Policy
• If the client cancels a confirmed reservation, a 20% booking fee will be deducted from the amount paid.
• Applicable taxes or other non-refundable charges may also be deducted.
• The remaining eligible balance will be refunded through the original payment method.
• If Party on Wheels cancels the reservation, the client will receive a full refund of all payments received, including the applicable booking fee, subject to payment processor limitations.
• Refund processing times depend on the payment provider.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
