Christine's Studio is a beautiful, bright, and professional photo studio located in the picturesque South Street Seaport in lower Manhattan.
We offer a wide range of photography, promoting our studio as a venue of choice for any occasion. This is also an ideal 'home base' for outdoor shoots in lower Manhattan.

Host rules
- Your time is from when the doors open until we close them. Clean up/set up are included in those hours.
- Anything over 10 hours will be charged at a time and a half.
- Minimum 6-hour booking, 3-5 hours booking incur an additional fee of $50, we can not accommodate bookings under 3 hours.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No animals unless cleared with the studio first.
- Though perfect for video, I do not recommend the space for sound capture as it is not completely soundproofed.
- No overly messy shoot that will leave dust or sand on the equipment.
- Equipment does not leave the studio.
