Rules of the space

Host rules

Please adhere to the following guidelines while using our studio space:

1. No Smoking
2. No Loud Music
3. No Alcohol (unless you have liquor insurance)

Please be responsible for any garbage you bring into the space, ensuring that it's taken with you to maintain a clean environment for other guests. We kindly request that you treat the space with the same respect you would your own home and leave it in the condition it was presented to you.

For security, insurance, and dispute resolution purposes, the studio is under video surveillance. This footage will only be used for dispute resolution if necessary. Periodic checks are conducted to ensure compliance with the rules. Access to the studio is self-service, and you will receive the access code on the day of your booking.

Studio Rental Includes:
- Basic grip gear such as C-Stands, Boom arms, A-clamps, posing cubes, and stools.
- Basic Lighting gear/modifiers. Additional gear is available for rent; please see our Add-Ons.
- We offer an extensive gear list, including cameras, lighting equipment, and backgrounds.

Our studio space is also suitable for intimate events, including corporate gatherings. We also host podcast shows, where music is allowed but must not be played at a high volume (No DJs/Parties). Our fully functional electronic gate allows small to mid-sized vehicles to access the space for creative purposes.

Additionally, after booking, you will receive two video instructions:
1. How to access the building and find the studio space.
2. How to use the equipment.

Getting to the studio is straightforward and convenient!
