HAPPYMONDAY Studio is a multi-functional space that can be used for a variety of event and meeting needs. Nestled near the beautiful Greenpoint waterfront in Brooklyn, the studio is central and easily accessible. The garage entrance allows for vehicles to drive in and direct access into the space which is on the ground floor. There is a full bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with filtered water, coffee and refrigeration. We also have tables and chairs available. Bookings that involve driving a car onto the cyc require a minimum of a half day booking (5 hours).

Host rules
● No smoking is allowed in the building.
● All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products,
body paint, glitter etc.) require approval from Company representative at the time of
booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
● Access is granted to only Stage 1, the front of the building.
● Pets must be approved
● Studio must be vacated on time. Your booking time includes set-up, breakdown, cleanup, and load out.
●A non-refundable payment is required for rental confirmation. If you require a change in your reservation, we are happy to reschedule upon availability.
● Liability Insurance is required on all rentals.
● No kids parties allowed.

The space features a 12 ft tall corner cyclorama complete with a vanity area and director’s viewing loft. The garage entrance allows for drive-in vehicles and drop offs.
