• OVERTIME is charged by 30 min increments at a 1.5x rate.
• You can take shoes off or wear shoe covers that we provide. If the talent needs shoes for the shots, please wipe down or bring an additional pair.
• Leave the space in the same condition that you found it, be sure to place all trash in the trash bin, and treat the space as a professional work environment.
• Please, let me know in advance if you want to use the bedroom in your shoot so we can best accommodate your needs. NO shoes in bedroom!
• NO playing extremely loud music and NO excessive stomping on the floors.
• NO smoking marijuana, cigarettes in the studio or anywhere in the building - Any smoking will result in an $500 fee and an automatic non-refundable cancellation.
• BE ON TIME. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate the studio. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate your studio no later than the time your reservation ends.
• Furniture and decorations may be moved
• Smoke machines are allowed
• Nudity is allowed
