About this space
This is a super cozy and extremely comfortable studio, perfectly suited for portraiture, lookbooks, super flats, and creative photography.
There is an 11' wide cyclorama wall and you can hang lighting from the. ceiling rafters easily.
It is a windowless studio, giving you full control of lighting and color temperature. It is conveniently located one block away from Canal St between Lafayette and Broadway, a 2-minute walk from the NQWR subway station. Studio rental time includes load-in and load-out.

Equipment rental must be for full studio rental time. In addition, lighting setup must be done by your team. If our studio manager has to do any lighting or equipment setup there is an additional charge.
The floors in the studio are white. It is a shoes off the studio. models and talent can wear shoes on set but I ask staff to take off shoes. If the floor is dirty from staff's non-compliance i.e. dirty floor from foot traffic the studio floors will have to be repainted and a $100/repainting of floors will be charged.
