-Spaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants prior to and after shoots, guests are encouraged to do their own cleaning as well with products that will NOT damage any household items. I also use UV-C light in harder to reach and high traffic areas

-This space requires a fully refundable deposit of $300.00 at the time of booking. This is to protect the host and household venue from damages, guests breaking house rules, additional guests, etc. Deposit may be made via Venmo (@Jeromy-Hunt), PayPal (Jeromy Hunt), or Cashapp ($jrhcreativestudios). Bookings without a deposit will not be honoured. Security deposits will be fully returned within 24 hours of the end booking time unless damages or additional costs occur-at this point host will reach out with how to proceed
-Shoots in my third tier of guests (9 people or more) are required to have a COI before starting the booking. Please submit COI when booking and sending the security deposit
-Production insurance is not required
-Furniture and decorations may be moved. However it must be pre-approved and supervised, any and all damages resulted from moving/shoot are responsibility of guest when items are moved.
-Not all bedrooms can be available simultaneously on any booking unless discussed prior to booking. At least 1 room must be available for the host at all times (master bedroom, green bedroom, or black and white room)
-Smoke machines are allowed
-No nudity allowed
-Please check with the host for additional rules
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
