About this space
This fully equipped smart home (every room has an echo and hue lighting) is an open concept living/dining house and features a kitchen, a driveway, a garage, a studio, and a private patio.
The house is 1750 sq feet with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
I have lots of equipment for use in the space for various types of work; desk space (multiple set ups, carpentry tools, lighting and studio equipment, etc) so the space can be transformed and used for multiple purposes.
There are many rooms in the space indoor and outdoor, so please inquire with which specific locations you are looking to utilize.
I also have a basement studio apartment (available here on Tagvenue as well) which is sometimes available if larger events and more space are required, please inquire if interested in an additional 300sq ft with another bath, kitchenette, bedroom and lounge area.
If all space is used the house could accommodate events up to 30 people.

-Absolutely no materials (clothing, makeup, set dressing, etc) containing glitter or sequence of any kind at any time. There will be a $300 removal fee for any such materials found on site.
-No smoking onsite, use park across the street, do not smoke on the sidewalk outside my house or my neighbors-its rude no one wants to smell that. I do allow vaping since there is no odor or butts left behind. A $300 smoke removal fee will be assigned to anyone smoking onsite at anytime and remainder of reservation will be canceled and not refunded.
-Wall damage (stains, paint removal, dents, etc)-will result in a base repair fee of $20/2 incidents.

Host rules
-Spaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants prior to and after shoots, guests are encouraged to do their own cleaning as well with products that will NOT damage any household items. I also use UV-C light in harder to reach and high traffic areas

-This space requires a fully refundable deposit of $300.00 at the time of booking. This is to protect the host and household venue from damages, guests breaking house rules, additional guests, etc. Deposit may be made via Venmo (@Jeromy-Hunt), PayPal (Jeromy Hunt), or Cashapp ($jrhcreativestudios). Bookings without a deposit will not be honoured. Security deposits will be fully returned within 24 hours of the end booking time unless damages or additional costs occur-at this point host will reach out with how to proceed
-Shoots in my third tier of guests (9 people or more) are required to have a COI before starting the booking. Please submit COI when booking and sending the security deposit
-Production insurance is not required
-Furniture and decorations may be moved. However it must be pre-approved and supervised, any and all damages resulted from moving/shoot are responsibility of guest when items are moved.
-Not all bedrooms can be available simultaneously on any booking unless discussed prior to booking. At least 1 room must be available for the host at all times (master bedroom, green bedroom, or black and white room)
-Smoke machines are allowed
-No nudity allowed
