Located in the Liberty Arts District at 86 Forrest St, Jersey City, NJ 07304, Magnum Opus Studios is a purpose-built space for creators, entrepreneurs, and brands. Since opening in 2021, it has become a go-to destination for podcasting, live streaming, photography, video production, and personal content creation.

Our 11,000 sq. ft. creative campus offers fully equipped studios, amazing gear, and flexible setups for projects of any scale. Whether you’re recording a podcast, filming a campaign, or building a new brand, Magnum Opus provides the tools and environment to bring your ideas to life.

Host rules

Any and all production shoots will be required to furnish a copy of their COI production insurance. Must carry a general liability policy of $1M minimum.
No moving furniture and decorations
No smoking in the building.
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.

This space bolsters its "Golden Hour" natural light that showers the 8-foot westward-facing windows for all-natural light creatives. If natural light isn't your thing, we have Profoto lighting and modifiers available for rental to help birth your vision. Don't need our lighting, no worries, just bring your own!
