Space features
An open-plan studio arranged on a wide rectangular floor plate with pale, seamless flooring and neutral painted walls. The ceiling exposes services and fitted track lighting that provides even, controllable artificial illumination for production.
Room features: A dedicated greenscreen area and a selection of interchangeable backdrops enable rapid background changes for image capture. On-site photo equipment is available and the studio is wheelchair accessible.
Best for: Video and motion production, commercial photography and interview or branded-content shoots.
What sets it apart: A fitted kitchenette with sink, undercounter fridge and timber worktop supports extended sessions and crew catering.
No smoking/vaping. A fee of $50 will be charged if any of this occurs on the premises.
No loud music.
No outside catering/food.
No cooking.
No alcohol.
This is absolutely not for parties. We have a zero-tolerance policy for breaking rules.
We have an extra cleaning fee of $50 if the space is left unclean and disorganized.
All rentals include setup and teardown time.
