The studio goes beyond just that- our newly renovated, modern, state-of-the-art lounge area / kitchenette and dance floor hosts small intimate events, cooperate meeting and yoga workshops.

Host rules
No smoking/vaping. A fee of $50 will be charged if any of this occurs on the premises.
No loud music.
No outside catering/food.
No cooking.
No alcohol.
This is absolutely not for parties. We have a zero-tolerance policy for breaking rules.
We have an extra cleaning fee of $50 if the space is left unclean and disorganized.
All rentals include setup and teardown time.

Were located in the quiet and super safe Bath Beach area. Very close and just a walk over from the Oceanside and Beach. 8-minute walk from the train station, and overall a great balance for an NYC experience.
You are also a hop away from the Verrazano which connects you to NJ, and 1 minute off the Belt Parkway which connects you to JFK and all of Long Island.
