Our recently renovated LOFT is located in the same building as few of our other Location in Greenpoint, featuring an old White exposed brick wall and aged wooden beams in place since its initial construction in 1932.
It’s conveniently located 3 blocks away from the Greenpoint avenue station. Its utilities include restrooms, heating, air-conditioner, wifi and studio house power up to 300amps. This location is available for filming Monday through Sunday – 24/7.

Based in Greenpoint Brooklyn, ROLLIN-STUDIOS offers a wide variety of movie, music & production services. Now with the inclusion of the lOMI company professional photography is a part of their roster. The partnership allows the NYC natives to come together and create a unique opportunity for clients to have many professional services under one roof. If a clients needs happen to exceed four floors, a dungeon like basement & a rooftop, lOMI x ROLLIN-STUDIOS has a plethora of diverse locations throughout NYC.
