About this space

Take over our entire top floor. The Event Room opens directly onto our private rooftop, an open-air terrace with city views, greenery and lounge seating, so guests can move freely between indoors and out. Ideal for cocktail receptions, summer parties, product launches and celebrations.

CAPACITY
Up to 100 guests standing. Seated dinners are hosted in the Event Room for up to 40 guests.

HOW PRICING WORKS
Events are food and beverage events with our kitchen and bar. Instead of a rental fee, the top floor has a food and beverage minimum spend:
- Event Room & Rooftop: $10,000 food and beverage minimum
- The minimum excludes 8.875% NY sales tax, 20% gratuity and a 3% credit card processing fee
- Minimums in November and December are subject to increase
You can reach the minimum with any combination of our menus and drinks packages. There is no room rental fee.

MENUS
- Seated dinner packages from $75 to $165 per person, served family-style or plated
- Standing reception packages from $55 to $150 per person: passed hors d'oeuvres and chef-attended stations
- Open bar packages from $55 per person for the first two hours
- Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options always available

HOURS
The top floor is available until 10 PM.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Every date is confirmed on request. Send us your date, guest count and format and we will reply with availability and a tailored proposal.
- Final guest count is due 7 days before the event.
- The rooftop is open air and weather dependent; the Event Room is always available as indoor backup.

Host rules

- All bookings are confirmed on request and with a signed event contract.
- Final guaranteed guest count is due 7 days before the event. The event may not exceed the confirmed guest count.
- Events are contracted to a specific timeframe. The top floor (Event Room and rooftop) closes at 10 PM; full restaurant buyouts can run until 12 AM Sunday to Thursday and 2 AM Friday and Saturday. Guests must leave by closing time.
- Booking the Event Room does not include exclusive use of the rooftop or the restaurant dining room, which may remain open to other guests.
- No outside food or beverages.
- No smoking anywhere in the building.
