Host rules
• Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll set up door access through the Clubhouse app and send you the instructions. When you arrive, open the app and tap “unlock door.” Access will only be active around your confirmed booking time.
• Your rental includes both simulator bays and the surrounding lounge areas unless otherwise agreed. Please report any existing damage or equipment issues when you arrive.
• If you are playing golf, only one person should enter the hitting area at a time. Everyone else must remain behind the player. Please do not touch, move, unplug, or adjust the launch monitors, projectors, computers, screens, or other simulator equipment.
• Food and drinks must remain away from the hitting mats, computers, and simulator equipment. Alcohol is only permitted when approved in advance.
Productions and events
• Smoking, vaping, open flames, smoke or haze machines, glitter, and confetti are not permitted. Do not tape, nail, mount, or attach anything to the walls, screens, or equipment without prior approval.
• Furniture and decorations may only be moved with permission and must be returned to their original positions. All production equipment, catering, decorations, and deliveries must be removed before the reservation ends.
Before leaving please:
• Collect all personal belongings.
• Remove anything your group brought into the space.
• Place trash in the designated bins.
• Return furniture to its original position.
• Leave the simulator equipment plugged in and powered as found.
• Close the front door firmly and confirm it has locked.
• Leave by the scheduled end of your reservation.
