• Private events only.
• No public, ticketed, or paid admission events.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the venue or on the premises.
• No sale or distribution of alcohol. Alcohol may be served only to invited guests at private events, in accordance with all applicable laws.
• No illegal drugs or illegal activity of any kind.
• No firearms or weapons are permitted on the premises.
• No glitter, confetti, confetti cannons, rice, or similar items.
• No nails, screws, staples, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or ceilings.
• Open flames are not permitted, except birthday candles (subject to approval).
• Decorations must be removed at the end of the event.
• Furniture and venue items must be returned to their original locations.
• The renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or event attendees.
• All music must remain at a reasonable volume and comply with local noise ordinances.
• Events must end at the agreed-upon time. Additional time may result in overtime charges.
• Only the number of guests included in the reservation is permitted. The venue capacity may not be exceeded.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Outside vendors are welcome but must carry their own insurance, if applicable.
• The venue must be left in the same condition in which it was received. Excessive cleaning may result in additional cleaning fees.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these rules.
• No fog machines, smoke machines, sparklers, fireworks, or pyrotechnics.
• No loitering outside the venue before or after the event.
• Setup and breakdown time must be included within your reserved rental period.
