• The Entrance & Dining Area: As you enter, you are welcomed by an extendable dining/communal table set up parallel to the main stage—perfect for catering, workshops, panel seating, or intimate dinner parties.

• The Right-Side Bar: Along the right wall sits a custom, minimalist bar setup for drink service or guest hospitality

• The Modular Lounge: Features high-end velvet modular furniture (2 couches and 2 accent chairs in bold orange and white) that can be easily rearranged into an intimate conversation pit or completely pushed to the side to clear the floor.

• The Window-Frame Stage: Positioned directly against the floor-to-ceiling back windows is a low-profile performance stage. Whether backing a DJ, a speaker, or a live performer, the city skyline serves as your natural backdrop.

• Club-ready, high-fidelity sound system capable of handling everything from soft background music to full-scale DJ sets and album listening parties. The exposed ceiling vents and ductwork are fully rigged with custom-controlled LED strip lighting and track spotlights, allowing you to instantly shift the room's mood from bright daylight to deep, saturated atmospheric color washes.
