Host rules
• No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances anywhere inside the building.
• No glitter, confetti, open flames, smoke machines, or materials that may damage the space without prior approval.
• Furniture and décor may be moved, but must be returned to their original locations before departure.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the space, furniture, equipment, artwork, or fixtures during their booking.
• No excessive noise that may disturb neighboring businesses or residents.
• All guests must remain within the areas included in their booking unless otherwise approved.
• Events must conclude by the agreed-upon end time. Additional time may result in additional charges.
• Hosts are responsible for the conduct of all attendees and vendors associated with their event.
• The Brownstone Social reserves the right to end any event that violates these rules or creates an unsafe environment.
• All decorations, equipment, supplies, and personal belongings must be removed at the conclusion of the booking.
• No unlawful activities are permitted on the premises.
• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
• Please respect the space, staff, neighbors, and other guests using the building.
