The 3,000 square foot space is a full floor on the 2nd level of the building with direct elevator access to the space. An open kitchen is located in the middle of the space – fully functional for any culinary needs. There is plenty of public and private parking in the area, as well as located near multiple public transportation outlets.
The space functions as a professional art studio and can be used for various activities: photo shoots, filming, and fashion and art events. Rates begin at $3,500 per day and higher depending on the nature of the booking and duration of usage.

General Rules
Rental hours are billed from beginning of set-up to end of clean-up. Alcohol can be served, but not sold. We have a kitchen and catered events are welcome. We have a private restroom, but it is not handicap-accessible.
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter, sparklers or confetti.
A walk-through is preferred after every booking with our team member on-site.
For events anticipating large crowds and/or lines, you must have a plan for crowd control.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
