• Damage to the space will result in extra charge,
• All social events at residential spaces must start prior to 9:00 pm and end no later than 12:00 am (local time), inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
• Studio: No smoking, no pets, no alteration of distressed walls, elevator run by owner or site manager only,
• Living Space: Wipe feet thoroughly prior to entry, no moving of furniture without prior permission from owner, not moving of artwork without prior permission from owner, no smoking, no pets.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
