About this space
The studio offers a room with professional lighting equipment, background systems, and photo-video gear. It can be set up for shoots, workshops, or movement-based classes, with mirrors, a changing room, and optional yoga mats and blocks.
The space comfortably fits up to 15 people for dance or yoga sessions and includes Wi-Fi, tables, chairs, water, and projector access. Backstage shooting and event streaming are also available, depending on the setup.
Prices
Minimum booking time is 1 hour.
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as received.
Any excessive mess, damage, or violation of house rules may result in additional charges.

* No Smoking or Alcohol:
* Using Oil, artificial snow, or any props that require extra cleaning (if you leave marks on furniture, equipment, or walls), confetti and/or glitter bombs are subject to overtime or an extra $50 cleaning fee
* Prompt Arrival and Departure: Should you require additional time, kindly notify us at least 30 minutes before the
scheduled end. Failure to do so will result in a 1.5x charge of the regular rate for any overrun.
* Any damages incurred during your session are your responsibility and will require reimbursement.
* Do not alter the background color or cut the background paper without prior permission.
* Handle Props with Care.
*Smoke machines are allowed
* Nudity is allowed
