Maison Silver Lake is a newly reimagined retail and event venue built for brands, productions, and private gatherings that want style and impact.
Located directly on Silver Lake Blvd, the property offers elite street visibility and is ideal for retail showcases, brand activations, gallery showings, pop-ups, intimate events, fashion presentations, and content production.
The space features a boutique-style storefront that is seen by high foot traffic and with over 28,000 cars-per-day. In total, there are five curated interior rooms that cover nearly 1,700 sq ft, including a show-stopping dedicated Vitrine Room with six custom display cases. There’s also a VIP-friendly private viewing room in addition to a Studio and Workshop room.
Inside, every room is professionally designed with reclaimed wood floors, antique mirrors, curated artwork, and vintage furnishings. The space has strong lighting, gallery-style display areas in its front boutique area in addition to modular layouts ideal for brand showcases, photo/video shoots, or private events. Guests have access to free street and metered parking, with valet service available upon request.

Host rules
- We ask that all guests treat the space with care and respect.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building, and open flames (including candles, incense, and sparklers) are not allowed.
- Outside catering is welcome—please coordinate timing and access with us in advance.
- If you're bringing in large items or planning a detailed setup, we ask that you schedule your load-in and load-out during your reserved booking window, as overtime fees may apply.
- Light décor is welcome, but please refrain from using nails, screws, staples, glitter, or adhesives that could damage surfaces.
- All event materials and decorations must be removed by the end of your booking.
- Loud music and amplified sound must end by 10:30 PM. After that time, we ask that all noise remain at a respectful level out of consideration for our neighbors.
- Pets are not allowed unless previously approved, and liability insurance may be required depending on the nature of your event.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
