The property features a swimming pool with panoramic views across Los Angeles, the surrounding hills, and Griffith Observatory. Outdoor areas are spread across several levels and include two gazebos, lounge seating, two fountains, brickwork, Spanish tiles, arches, and decorative ironwork.
A separate rear entrance provides access for catering, equipment, and event deliveries.

Host rules
• No open flames of any kind (fake candles are ok) and no smoking (this is a high fire risk area).
• No DJ or ticketed events.
• No music after 10pm on Sundays-Thursdays and after 11pm on Fridays-Saturdays.
• No alcohol after 12am.
• No use of glass in or around the pool deck area.
• High heels must be worn with upmost caution (there are many winding stairs, brick areas and walkways throughout the property). Comfortable shoes are highly encouraged.
• No pets allowed.
• Bedrooms are restricted.
• Liability waiver form is to be signed upon arrival on the property.
• Event insurance must be purchased with the name of the host and the venue address included as the additionally insured.
