About this space

Townhouse — Blank Canvas in a 1930s Townhouse. A compact private room defined by abundant natural daylight through tall, multi‑pane windows.

Design: The room has a neutral palette of white walls and light‑coloured wood‑effect flooring that keeps the interior unobtrusive. The room has simple wall‑mounted sconces and clean, rectangular proportions that suit bespoke layouts.

Features: The room permits guests to play their own music subject to a venue noise restriction. Wheelchair access is provided. Hard, light‑coloured flooring simplifies furniture layouts and cleaning.

Ideal for: Small teams and neighbourhood social groups seeking an intimate, relaxed space for seated or standing social gatherings.

What sets it apart: A step‑free guest entrance that provides ground‑level access directly into the private room.
