Space features
Urban Palms is an event venue organised into distinct, adaptable zones that allow separate reception, dining and dancing areas for multi-stage events.
Design: The interior pairs high ceilings and polished concrete floors with neutral walls and statement chandeliers for a clean, contemporary look. Large panes of glazing admit abundant natural light and frame mature palm planting outside.
Features: In-house catering through Critics Choice Catering is available and a full bar can be arranged for events. A dedicated stage and dancefloor sit alongside a PA system and speakers, and hosts may use their own music or bring a DJ. The venue provides air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, step-free access and accessible toilets, and a noise restriction applies.
Ideal for: Groups seeking a polished, flexible space for mixed-format gatherings that combine seated dining and an active reception.
What sets it apart: A large on-site parking area simplifies guest arrival and reduces reliance on external transport or complex parking plans.
What guests say: The venue provides hands-on event coordination and vendor recommendations that streamline planning and on-the-day management. The space is well organised and the staff are attentive, and onsite catering and service run reliably during events.
