About this space
Multiple spaces and many amenities at no additional cost. When renting our space for an event, 4 spacious spaces are Included such as the Outdoor Patio, 2 large multipurpose rooms and 1 presentation/dance room.
Our patio is an open, yet intimate space that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. The patio offers a perfect canvas for your vision, allowing for customization of decor and seating arrangements to suit your unique event.
Step onto one of our multipurpose room, The Annex which leads from the patio. Experience an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between openness and intimacy. The design creates a welcoming environment for various events, from casual gatherings to more formal affairs.
The Annex leads to our spacious stage that clients often use as a Dance Floor! With party lights and beams coming from the Disco Ball helps get the party started.
Our second multipurpose room is the Great Room. This open and inviting space is designed to elevate your events to extraordinary heights. Inside this spacious open area adorned with luxurious leather couches, creating an atmosphere of sophisticated relaxation. The plush seating invites guests to unwind and engage in meaningful conversations.
Prices
Our Signature Package pricing includes all the rooms for a flat rate of $5,250 for a 12-hour day. With this rate we provide a lot of useful items and we do not charge a corkage fee if you choose your own caterer, food truck, or event vendors. Your rental comes with 10 high-top tables,10 folding tables, 50 folding chairs, coolers, access to our kitchen with a separate client fridge, oven, and microwave. Black linens can be provided for any tables of ours that you use.
Classic Package:
Our Classic Package pricing includes all the rooms for a flat rate of $4,250 for a 8-hour day for a headcount 125 guests & under.
Mid Tier Package:
Our Weekday Mid Tier Package pricing includes all the rooms for a flat rate of $3,500 for a 6-hour day for a headcount of 75 guests & under.
Mini Package:
Our Mini Package pricing includes all the rooms for a flat rate of $2,600 for a 6-hour day and a headcount of 35 guests or under.

Additional charges/fees include $350/6hrs for our onsite security guard if you will be serving alcohol and a charge of $350 if you would like for us to provide any A/V Support to manage any of our free AV equipment - please know this is optional for you and by no means required.

Host rules
- Only licensed catering companies are allowed to serve food at Big Door
- No gum may be chewed by clients, guests or vendors while on Big Door premises.
- If serving alcohol, events at Big Door are not to be ticketed unless the client is a registered charity and has an event license from the ABC
- A designated licensed bartender is required to serve alcohol. Big Door can provide for an additional fee. Self-serve is never permitted
- Confetti, streamers, bubbles, or glitter is not allowed. Balloons are permitted however, the Host will be charged $25 for every balloon that needs to be pulled from the ceiling
- Fog machines are not allowed
- Pets are allowed
- No candles allowed. Only LED candles
- No smoking in the building
