CLIENTS/GUESTS:
Please ensure the number of guests matches the requested booking.
Failure to pay for additional guests will result in a fine.
DAMAGES:
Any damage to the space or walls will incur a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value.
Charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
OVERTIME:
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments.
Guests must vacate the premises and remove all items brought into the space by the booking’s end time. Please plan accordingly.
USAGE POLICIES:
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to their original position.
Smoke machines are allowed.
CLEANLINESS AND CARE:
Guests must leave the space in the condition it was found. Regular wear and tear is acceptable.
Any mess requiring excessive cleaning will result in an additional cleaning fee.
