A Tuscan‑inspired villa whose defining character is Mediterranean‑style proportions and sunlit loggias that organise the outdoor rooms.

Design: The villa presents two storeys of pale stucco, dark‑framed doors, and stone‑clad columns arranged around paved courtyards. Abundant natural light and planted borders give the rooms strong indoor‑outdoor sightlines.
