The entire first floor of this magnificent 5,500sqft mansion is at your disposal. Each space flows effortlessly into the next making it ideal for videos and film. There are several spaces available for you to create in including a cozy living room space, a reading nook set with fireplace, a tasteful dining room and fully-equipped, modern kitchen. Also the bonus entertainment space is perfect for your next intimate gathering and even features a grand piano.
As you step outside onto the mansion’s outdoor deck you’re immediately met with an unparalleled panoramic view of Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The deck boasts an infinity pool, lounge seating and a jacuzzi. Poolside seating is also available and create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for soaking in the California sun. Nature lovers and adventure seekers will appreciate the mountainside access from the property, allowing guests to explore and create with the stunning landscape.
On the second floor you’ll discover the master suite; a haven of tranquility and sophistication. The spacious master bedroom boasts tasteful decor, while the private balcony offers an even more breathtaking view of the surroundings. The master bathroom features a boho design with glass shower and a long stone countertop and stone backsplash. The window above the bathtub gives onlookers an impeccable views of the surrounding canyon.

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the studio. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP & CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5 minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
• NO EATING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to eat at the studio.
• NO SMOKING. Purchase the "Smoke at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to smoke at the studio.
• NO DRINKING. Purchase the "Eat/Drink at the Mansion" add-on if you would like to drink at the studio.
• NO ANIMALS/PETS. Purchase the "Waive Pet Policy" add-on to bring a pet to the mansion.
• Guests MUST TAKE ALL TRASH with them before they leave. We will charge a trash disposal fee if this is not done.
• Make sure to clean the mansion before the end of your booking. You must take ALL TRASH with you. We will charge a cleaning fee if this is not done.
• Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture without permission. You will be charged for the "Move Furniture" add-on if this rule is not followed.
• DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
• AMPLIFIED MUSIC is not allowed. You may use a bluetooth speaker.
• NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
• Guests MAY NOT congregate outside the gate in the front of the house.
• The host reserves the right to IMMEDIATELY CANCEL your booking if any of these rules are violated without giving a refund. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived.
