There are several spaces available for you to create in including a cozy living room space, a reading nook set with fireplace, a tasteful dining room and fully-equipped, modern kitchen. Also the bonus entertainment space is perfect for your next intimate gathering and even features a grand piano.
As you step outside onto the mansion’s outdoor deck you’re immediately met with an unparalleled panoramic view of Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The deck boasts an infinity pool, lounge seating and a jacuzzi. Poolside seating is also available and create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for soaking in the California sun. Nature lovers and adventure seekers will appreciate the mountainside access from the property, allowing guests to explore and create with the stunning landscape.
On the second floor you’ll discover the master suite; a haven of tranquility and sophistication. PRODUCTION RULES
No smoking. No alcohol. No sexually explicit content. No congregating in front of the house. Do not disturb neighbors. Any noise complaint or neighbor disturbance will result in immediate cancellation without refund. All drone use must be approved by the Host in advance.
No animals or pets (waiver $150). Do not move furniture (waiver $100). No eating or drinking (waiver $150). Water and coffee are allowed. Bookings with 16 or more guests may eat and drink without a waiver. Shoe covers must be worn (waiver $100).
EVENT RULES

ARRIVAL & TIME
Arrive early to allow time for parking and locating the space. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and ends exactly at the time listed in your confirmation email. A 5 minute grace period may be requested if no booking follows. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
ENFORCEMENT & DAMAGES
Violating any rule may result in immediate cancellation without refund. The Host may charge additional fees for violations. Guests are responsible for 100% of repair or replacement costs plus tax and shipping for any damage caused.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
