The Oviatt Penthouse is a penthouse venue built around an expansive outdoor terrace that offers broad city skyline views.

Design: The penthouse presents a pared-back rooftop setting anchored by an artificial hedge wall fitted with an assortment of decorative mirrors. The finish palette is concrete paving and low parapets that keep the roof plane open and brightly lit under direct sun.

Features: The venue includes a PA system and wall-mounted speakers and allows guests to use their own music sources. The rooftop space receives abundant natural light and provides an unobstructed flat surface that functions as a dancefloor. The open plan layout creates clear sightlines for a DJ or simple staging.
