Host rules
1. Please don't stand in front of the property for longer than 5 minutes.
2. Kitchen appliances are unavailable unless approved by venue management ahead of time.
3. Don't leave any trash in front of neighboring residents.
4. Place recycles in colored bins: green for bottles, blue for cans, red for glass.
5. Place waste items in the grey bins.
6. The venue manager controls the sound levels. If any disruptions occur, the volume may be lowered or turned off until the issue is resolved.
7. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area on the deck.
8. You have 30 minutes to ensure your guests have left the property at the end of your rental period.
9. Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
10. Please note: some rule violations may result in your event being ended early.
