Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
* No Smoking
* No congregating in the front of the location.
* Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the Host.
* All drone use must be approved by host, in advance.
* No Alcohol. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($200)
* No Animals or Pets. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150)
* Do Not Move Furniture. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($100)
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
