Design: The main gallery presents high ceilings, white walls and an exposed dark ceiling that creates an industrial visual contrast. The floor finishes are concrete and the open plan places freestanding plinths and wall works in clear sightlines.
Features: Built-in display plinths and a reception desk provide a ready-made layout for exhibitions and guest flow. An adjustable track lighting system and natural light support artwork visibility. House Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, permission for own music or a private DJ, and step-free access including accessible toilets support event logistics.

Requirements include at least one on-site representative, the rental fee, and a $500 refundable deposit (paid by check), and general liability insurance. Outside vendors and caterers are welcome. All vendors must be licensed and insured. We prefer that events end by 11:00 PM because we have residential neighbors.
