Great space for parties, celebrations, networking and corporate events. Space includes a fully gated parking lot, a large open 80' x 50' area with a 50' white screen for projections, 18' high ceilings with a grid, 12' roll up door, a production loft, large kitchen/bar area, lobby entrance, makeup/wardrobe room, green room and restrooms. A conference room is also available for use. Assorted tables and chairs are on site. Lighting and grip gear is also available for rent.
The entire space has central AC and Heating.
Facility is located in a clean and central location in Burbank by the 5 Freeway, across the way from the Burbank Empire Center with dozens of stores. The area has lots of surrounding parking and is very event and music friendly, without residential areas in it's close proximity.
