Polished private conference-style studio space located inside our Silver Lake hub — perfect for interviews, small video shoots, self-tapes, brand content creation, castings, and editorial sessions.

Features include a large conference table, flexible seating, Wi-Fi, natural light with blackout capability, flat-screen monitor, and private parking lot access.

Lounge areas, wardrobe racks, kitchen access (on request), and restrooms are available.

Private load-in through the Aaron Street parking lot.

Ideal for creative teams, brands, agencies, casting directors, and small production crews looking for a clean, professional space in Los Angeles.

Overtime:
