The Cottage Home is a beautiful location for your next photoshoot.
There are various features to facilitate your job. Lots of alleys around the neighborhood for a variety of photo backgrounds.
The beach is only steps away and is usually empty during the week. The whole area has Hawaii vibes - there is even a small palm tree jungle nearby on the beach!
This is also a great place to host a lunch/dinner party. We have all the equipment to create an outdoor movie theatre experience as well!
Prices
Reflector for $10.00/item - reflector for lighting with gold, white & shade.
Garage Studio Space for $50.00/hour - natural light studio in the back. You can use this for e-commerce or any type of studio photos. The lighting is beautiful but you can also use strobes if you bring them or rent them from us. (price includes 1 backdrop color per hour)
Background for $30.00/item - one color Backdrop setup + 1-2 feet on the ground.
Studio Lighting for $100.00 flat fee - 1 Medium Softbox, 2 Alien Bee Strobes, 1 64” White PLM™ Umbrella CyberSync™ Trigger Transmitter 2.
Surf Board for $20.00 flat fee - 8" Surfboard Jamaica Vibes.

Doubles as a great hair and makeup area plus changing area for beach photoshoots.
The natural light studio area allows you to use it with a dropdown background (a variety of colors are available), e-commerce, or beauty.
